Asphalt Shingle Roofing

We are Currently installing three types of asphalt shingle roofing. They are all different grades, warranties, and prices So that each customer can pick out the one that best suits their personal plans and needs. Whatever your plans are for the future of your building we do our best to meet different needs!

Option # 1

IKO Cambridge, 30 year asphalt shingles

• 100% Warranty on Labor & Materials for 15 years. (Iron Clad Warranty)
• 20 Year Workmanship Warranty
• 100 mph wind coverage

1. Strip old asphalt shingles from roof. (We set up tarps & plywood on the ground & up against your walls to protect your home and landscape from debris)
2. Install new drip edge, ice & water shield & synthetic underlayment as a secondary waterproofing protection layer. (All penetrations such as: pipes, chimney & skylights will get ice & water shield around & up the sides for extra protection)
3. Install starter strips, architectural shingles, new pipe flashing, ridge vents & ridge caps.
4. Dispose of all material waste.

Option #2

30 year IKO Dynasty architectural asphalt shingle

• 100% warranty on labor and materials for 15 years. (Iron Clad Warranty)
• 20 year workmanship warranty
• 130 mph wind coverage

This is a much thicker & heavier shingle which has a nylon strip built into the nailing strip to prevent shingles from being blown off the roof. It is an asphalt mixed with polymer shingle making them much more durable to withstand & protect from, hail & other debris

2. Install new drip edge, ice & water shield & synthetic underlayment as a secondary waterproofing protection layer. (All penetrations such as: pipes, chimney & skylights will get ice & water shield around & up the sides for extra protection)
3. Install starter strips, architectural shingles, new pipe flashing, ridge vents & ridge caps.
4. Dispose of all material waste.

Option # 3

Corning 50 year architectural asphalt shingle

• 100% Warranty on Labor & Materials for 50 years
• 25 Year Workmanship Warranty

This is a much thicker & heavier shingle. It is also an asphalt mixed with polymer shingle making them much more durable to withstand & protect from, hail & other debris. It has a fabric strip in the nail line & a lot more glue, giving the shingle a 130 mph wind rating. It has a 50 year life span that we can personally warranty you with through the shingle company

Shingle Add On Options

All shingle estimates include your choice of five different colors of aluminum or galvanized drip edge: if it is a partial job, we usually match the existing color!

• Black
• Forest Green
• Brown
• White
• Galvanized

When the strip option is applied: We will inspect your roof deck, Re-nailing any loose, wood boards, or plywood. If any plywood or roof boards are damaged/rotted What ever we discover we will replace the first two sheets of plywood for free. Anything more than two sheets is extra per 4x8 sheet!

Pictured is our custom bent galvalume steel drip edge With extra overhang to add protection to the wood fascia & siding! We also do custom steel valleys and metal eves of just about any color!
