Option #1

Corrugated steel metal roof ( install installed directly over shingles or strip roof and underlayment option )

• 50 Year Life Expectancy
• 29 gauge steel

1. Install 2x2 eve trim to cup over your old drip edge, foam eve closer strips (to prevent insects from getting underneath the panels) 36 in. wide corrugated panels cut at a custom length fitting your roof with a 2” overhang (to keep water & snow off of your fascia) 4x5 offset rake trim, foam ridge closer strips (vented or sealed) , 14 in. ridge cap & flex boots for vent pipes. (We use 50 Year Harsh Weather Resistant Screws)
2. Dispose of all material waste.

Option #2

McElroy (Gloss paint option) standing seam estimate (installed directly over shingles or strip the roof and underlayment option.)

• 40 year warranty on paint fading up to four pigments. (Sherwin Williams)
• 25 Year Workmanship Warranty
• 50+ Year Life Expectancy
• High Gloss paint
• 24 gauge galvalume steel or Aluminum

1. Install custom steel drip edge, ridge cap, sidewall &/or head wall flashings, chimney flashing, mechanical standing seam metal panels & vent pipe flashing directly over the current existing shingles. (All materials are interlocked & non-reliant on silicone or exposed fasteners for water proofing)     
2.  Dispose of all material waste.

Gloss paint standing seam option

The gloss paint  option Offers a beautiful, shiny appearance. The snow slides off Quickly due to the gloss finish. 

Option #3

Englert (Flat paint option) standing seam estimate (installed directly over shingles or strip the roof and underlayment option.)

• 40 year warranty on paint fading up to four pigments (Englert)
• Flat paint (low gloss)
• 25 Year Workmanship Warranty
• 50+ Year Life Expectancy
• 24 gauge gavalume steel

1. Install custom steel drip edge, ridge cap, pipe, sidewall &/or head wall flashings, chimney flashing & mechanical standing seam metal panels, directly over the current existing shingles. (All materials are interlocked & non-reliant on silicone or exposed fasteners for water proofing)     
2. Dispose of all material waste.

Flat paint standing seam option

The flat paint option. Offers a low Shine To prevent light reflection. And stay true, or looking to its color even through sun reflection. Flat paint also Hides any metal expansion And contraction Waviness Caused by the heat of the sun!
